How objects leave the studio and occasionally find their way back.
Dispatch
In-stock objects normally leave the studio within four to six working days. Small-batch or made-to-order editions display their production estimate on the product page.
Shipping
Orders are packed to protect painted and printed surfaces. Tracking is sent by email when the parcel is collected.
Returns
Unused standard objects may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damage
Photograph the outer parcel, packaging and object, then contact the studio within forty-eight hours of delivery.
